Overview

Kèr Kshmēoāfù was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1158, by Ca̋ń̄b Cúchī̄̄b 'Ebony Buzz' Vú̄kīs Yāb̪vé Ha̋ń̄ Machen Gruffudd. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Ca̋ń̄b Cúchī̄̄b 'Ebony Buzz' Vú̄kīs Yāb̪vé Ha̋ń̄ Machen Gruffudd.

Kèr Kshmēoāfù was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kshmēoāfù is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Kèr Kshmēoāfù is is constructed arround a series of premissive paverstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

A look around Kèr Kshmēoāfù makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Kèr Kshmēoāfù’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings.
